A quiet Friday afternoon when the staff might have been off their game but the welcome was warm. We were seated immediately and pizzas were freshly prepared in a matter of minutes. We sat at the front of the restaurant and had great views of people passing by. A really good experience.

The greatest atmosphere you can get in a restaurant. All the waiters are smiling nonstop and they are very friendly. They go beyond to make you feel great. The food is amazing. The fish is amazing. The pizza is amazing. Strongly recommend this place.

My family ended up eating here twice during a short weekend trip to Karlovy Vary. Service was nice and food came out quickly. The restaurant was never busy, so it was a nice place to grab a meal.
The salads and pizza tasted fresh. They have a large menu so I think I'd be open to tasting some other menu items based off of what I did eat.
It was quiet when we visited and staff mostly cleaned or seemed to be getting ready for more guests.
One thing to note that I did not see in many restaurants is that they include a service fee in their bill. Not a big deal, but they did not mention it and I saw it.- Obsluha

Wonderful meals here! Lasagna was delicious as was the gnocchi. Caprese salad was one of the best I’ve ever had, drizzled with homemade pesto sauce. We were treated to an after dinner drink which was a very tasty surprise. Food was delicious, a good sized serving & good value… so good, we went back the next day! Best of all was the friendly & prompt service from both Erik & Patrick.

Best experience from Karlovy Vary. The service is the best. Patrick was super kind and friendly. The food was also amazing. We had authentic pizza with natural sauce, and even extra sauces. In the end, we tried a licor. The price is super fair and we definitely recommend.
